Times are the same every week. If your week is not the same every week, that is what the drop in is for.
Pick by how often you can actually come
The four adult plans are the same class, the same hour and the same coach. What changes is how many times a week you are in the room. The kids program is its own: five to twelve, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15 pm.
- Drop In A single class, no strings $20 per class Book one class

Prices are per person and there is no joining fee. If three times a week turns out to be two, move down a plan the following month, or stop. Nothing here needs a reason, and cancelling asks for 30 days’ notice.
What the price already covers
-
Monthly body scan Worth $40
Body composition measured once a month, and printed for you on request. It is how people find out that the number on the bathroom scale had been telling them the wrong story for a year.
-
Heart rate pod $30 once
Video coming soon
This one is a purchase, not an inclusion, and it is worth being clear about. The class is run off your heart rate rather than off a number on a whiteboard, and the pod is what reads it. You buy it once and it is yours.
-
No cancellation fee 30 days notice
There is no twelve month term and nothing to pay to get out. You just need to give us 30 days’ notice.
At 150 classes you are handed a Rudis. It is the wooden sword that bought a gladiator his freedom, and here it marks the same thing: the point where the work stopped being something you make yourself do.
What happens before you sign
Two of these three cost nothing, and the third one takes a minute on your phone.
-
Step one
Tour
Fifteen minutes at 10312 Bloomingdale Ave. You see the floor, the rack and the heart rate board, and you meet Diogo. He asks what you are after and what your body has been through. That is the whole meeting.
-
Step two
Free trial
Not a demonstration and not a corner of the room by yourself. A full hour with the group, heart rate pod on, coached the whole way. It is the only way to find out what the class feels like in your body.
-
Step three
Now, you are ready to start your journey!
Pick the plan that matches how often you want to be in the room. Membership is handled on our booking platform, so it takes a minute on your phone.
-
The desk you walk up to. The body scanner is the one on the left. -
Four racks, and enough plates that nobody waits. -
The screen on the wall is where your heart rate shows up.
Nobody signs anything on the day, and nobody calls you afterwards to close. If the class was not for you, that is a useful answer too, and it cost you an hour.
Things people ask before they start
I have not trained in years. Will I hold up?
The class is scaled by your own heart rate, not by what the person next to you is lifting. That is the whole point of the pod: the same hour asks something different of a sixty six year old coming back from spine surgery and of an athlete in season, and the coach can see the difference happening in real time.
Four people wrote about exactly this, and one of them had been told she would not walk stairs again.
I am coming back from an injury or a surgery.
Say so on the tour, before the free class. Diogo holds a master's in physical exercise applied to cardiac rehabilitation and special needs, on top of a master's in physical education. Getting people moving again is not a side skill here.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There is no term and no cancellation fee. The only thing we ask is 30 days’ notice, so you pay for a month, you train that month, and you decide about the next one.
What if I cannot make three classes in a week?
Then take the plan below it. Most people overestimate the week they are going to have, pay for classes they never use, and quit feeling like they failed at something. Start on two a week and move up when two stops being enough. Or come in on a drop in and pay per class.
Do I have to buy the heart rate pod?
Yes, once, for $30, and it is yours to keep. The class is built around reading your heart rate rather than guessing at effort, so the pod is not an upsell, it is the instrument. The free class is run with one lent to you.
Where do I actually pay?
Not on this page. Memberships are handled on our booking platform, and the buttons above take you there. It is also where you change plans or stop, without having to ask anyone.
What should I bring to the free class?
